We have trained apprentices since 2012. Not as a recruitment strategy, but because knowledge transfer is part of the job here anyway.

Apprenticeships
We have been a registered training company since 2012 for IT specialists in application development. Training happens inside live project work - not in a separate learning environment, but on the same systems the team works on, under the same quality gates.
Responsibility for training sits with the company management, complemented by several years of participation in a Chamber of Commerce and Industry general assembly.
What a small team can offer
- Responsibility early. With five people there is no role that only assists.
- Breadth rather than a niche. Anyone who wants to will work on embedded connectivity, backend services and web interfaces within a year.
- Quality as a standard, not an aspiration. TDD, code reviews and CI gates apply to everyone from day one.
- Modern tooling. Agent-assisted development is lived practice here with clear guardrails - not a pilot project.
- Remote, hybrid or on site, throughout Germany.
What a small team cannot offer
Honestly: the specialisation depth of a corporation, a defined career path with grade levels and the security of a large staff base. Anyone looking for that is better served elsewhere.
